Hello dear members,
You are invited to participate in a short Special General Meeting followed by the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Diabetes Outaouais Inc., which will be held on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in Room 1 of Campus 3, 196 Notre Dame Street, Gatineau, QC J8P 0E6.

This meeting will be preceded by a very short Special General Meeting (SGM) which will be held at 4:00 p.m. at the same location.
These meetings will be held in person. A free barbecue will follow the AGM!
You will find attached the agenda for each meeting, and, for the SGM, a copy of the motion requiring a vote by the members.
This year, exceptionally, there will be elections for 5 director positions. Anyone interested in running for office is asked to submit a letter/email of intent to the office, but it is also possible to do so at the meeting itself.

To minimize waste, you will receive the following documents by email confirming your registration: the minutes of the previous AGM, the 2025-26 annual report, and the 2026-2027 provisional budget. These documents, along with others, will be projected on a screen during the meeting. Copies will not be available in the meeting room, but some documents will be available electronically upon request afterward.

Please remember that only members in good standing have the right to vote and participate, so it is important to ensure that your 2026 membership dues have been renewed on time. They were due in May.

Please confirm your attendance with the association office by phone at 819-770-0442 or email at info@diabeteoutaouais.com by June 24, 2026. Registration is important to ensure we have enough food for the barbecue afterward and to guarantee sufficient capacity for the event!

Please note that the 2025-2026 activity report will be available to everyone on the association's website the day after the AGM.

We look forward to welcoming you on June 28 at 4:00 p.m.

Martin Payer, Chair of the Board of Directors of
Diabète Outaouais Inc.

Benoit Plamondon, Secretary of the Board of Directors of
Diabète Outaouais Inc.
